The more I talk to women in leadership positions, the more I realize that diversity by default does not mean inclusion. “Yes, you have women on your leadership team, but do you include them in your decision-making process?” Organizations need to understand that just appointing women in leadership positions is not enough. Women need to be involved in the decision making process as well.
